18K yellow gold plated sterling silver (vermeil) tank shaped case 30mm L x 23mm W x 6mm H in good condition with some wear thru of vermeil finish at lug corners. Outer case back marked "Cartier Paris 925 Argent Plaque OR G20M Swiss 6 009649". Gold finish shows light scratches from normal use. Slight finish wear thru of gold at lug edges. Sapphire cabochon crown.
